ABOUT SAM

Clinical Exercise Physiologist, MYO SAM HOWELL

I bring over 8,000 hours of 1:1 clinical exercise coaching experience to my work as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Level 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Instructor.

With a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bath, my career has been dedicated to helping others, especially those with cardiovascular conditions, chronic illnesses, and those recovering from major health events.

I’m passionate about giving every individual the care and attention they deserve, empowering them to regain their strength, confidence, and control of their health through a supportive, one-to-one approach.

I am proud to be AHCS registered and specialise in providing bespoke, evidence-based exercise interventions designed to create lasting change and empower patients.

My greatest professional achievement was leading the establishment of a clinical exercise physiology clinic in Bath, which was twice named the best cardiac rehabilitation provider in southwest England.

I built a team and clinic from the ground up, working with world-class cardiac surgeons and cardiologists to help hundreds of clients, tailoring rehabilitation and fitness programs to meet their unique needs.

I am committed to delivering bespoke, world-class care that treats every patient as an individual with unique needs and goals.

With extensive experience in cardiac rehabilitation and clinical exercise physiology, I focus on tailoring each program to address the specific challenges and aspirations of the person in front of me.

My approach is about building a personalised, compassionate, and effective path to recovery.

By offering one-to-one support, I empower each patient to rebuild strength, improve health outcomes, and feel confident in their own journey toward better health.
